I met Kimberly Delmore early last year while looking for a property to buy on Maui. I saw her advertisement in the paper as well as on Zillow and decided to contact her for her expertise. Our initial meeting went very well. I provided her with my wish list and she immediately found several properties for me to look at. After several months of house hunting, she found a property that did not meet my all of my expectations but the price was right. Kim convinced me that things were only cosmetic and there was nothing that couldn't be fixed. I am so glad I listened to her. With her great negotiation skills, she helped me submit an offer which was accepted soon after and I became the proud owner of a 1bedroom/1bath condo at Kahului Ikena. She also helped me find the right mortgage specialist for my home loan as well as escrow company to complete my real estate transaction. Kim really helped us buy our current home almost year and a half ago. We had intended to write this review quite some time ago, however, life is always just so busy that it didn't happen right away...but each day that we enjoy this home, we are reminded of our thanks to her in helping us get it. We did not have the down payment typically needed, so we needed to use my VA benefits. Sellers are often reluctant to accept an offer from someone using a VA loan and Kim worked hard to get the selling agent to give the her VA buyer a chance. I believe her great personality, dedication, work ethic, integrity, experience, family reputation, etc, etc, helped her help us. The Delmore family are highly respected in the real estate community here. When the sellers accepted our offer, we were told that the sellers also had a cash offer of similar amount that was turned down to accept ours. My belief is that Kim played an important role in encouraging the selling agent to recommend to the sellers to accept our offer. Give Kim a call, you will be thankful you did.
