I was searching for a home in Beaumont, CA and I was working with a realtor that I was not happy with. I attempted to find another realtor, yet, I was frustrated because by the time the realtor made time for me the house I wanted was no longer available. It was by chance that I met Wil, who was a realtor with Delgado Realty. I was driving through Beaumont and I saw Delgado Realty sign in front of a house I was interested in. I called Delgado Realty and I had an appointment 30 minutes later. Every weekend for 3 months Wil worked with my hectic schedule and took me and my family to numerous appointments for me to see houses and he never cancelled an appointment and he was never late. My ultimate goal was to find a home with a floor plan that would accommodate grandma. Each time we left a showing I was discouraged because the floor plan did not work for grandma. Wil would keep us uplifted and he would say, "It's okay, we will keep looking, there's a perfect house out their and we will find it." Wil was an amazing realtor. He felt more like a family member helping us look for a home. He knew the area and he was able to answer all my questions about the property. The most impressive part of my experience was his availability to show us the house and then drive us to the schools assigned to the area of the home.
