Rhonda was an angel sent from above! After working with a previous realtor that caused us to lose over 15 bids we welcomed Rhondas tenacity to walk and guide us through the tedious home buying process. We were first time home buyers and were completely unaware of all the processes that made up the home buying process. Rhonda was very patient with us, didnt pressure us to purchase a home and made herself available to us in fact made us feel as if we were her most important clients. She listened attentively to the things that we valued in a home and utilized that as a starting pointing instead of pushing us to get something that she perceived we needed. Our desire was to remain below our approval limit and Rhonda was very respectful of our decision, another quality that we appreciated was that distance was not a barrier. Being originally from California we were a bit uncertain about the cities hence we considered Sun City/CrossRiver, Vistancia, Norterra, and lastly Arrowhead. In the end we decided on a beautiful home situated in the Arrowhead Area with a three car garage. We had previously viewed the home but took too long making a decision that someone else went into contract on the home, thankfully, Rhonda had suggested that we place a back up offer so when their deal didnt transpire we got the our opportunity. Thirty days later we received the keys to our first home and we cannot be more thankful to Rhonda for working so hard for us. Both my husband and I had very high expectations of our realtor, when we met Rhonda we knew we had found the correct person and when the process finalized we had no doubt that she was indispensable to us. We will definitely utilize her again when we purchase our second home and absolutely refer everyone we know towards Rhondas way. We are all very thankfully to have met her and for getting us our sweet abode.
