We were looking in the Northampton area on Zillow, and as our search grew more serious we decided to work with an agent. We called Julie, and she made us feel confident right away. She listened carefully to what we were looking for in that initial conversation and continued to learn about our taste and preferences over the next few weeks as she she showed us homes. She was honest when we asked about houses that didn?t meet our criteria, e.g. we were looking for privacy and one of the houses we asked about was on a busy corner. When we found the house we wanted and decided to make an offer she explained the whole process (we were first time buyers) and helped us feel less anxious. We closed on the house we loved a couple of months after we met Julie, and she was with us every step of the way. She continues to be helpful now that we?ve moved in. We can?t recommend Julie enough to anyone who wants a straightforward, funny, responsive, honest agent who will treat you with care and respect.
