My husband and I had a rental property that we decided to sell and leading up to the listing of the house Deb was a WONDERFUL resource for us so we knew when it was time to list we were undoubtedly going with Deb. We met with Deb about a month prior to listing, did a walk through of the house and she gave us tips/ideas on what we needed to change/update. She also recommended we do a Pre-listing inspection-although the buyer usually has the house inspected we opted to do so and it was defiantly worth it. We ended up finding out a several small repairs that needed to be done, it saved us a lot of time in the long run and helped the closing go very smoothly. We were very nervous through the process, having 2 mortgages was not an ideal situation and having a good realtor was imperative. Deb understood and walked us through everything and was readily available for questions. When the house was listed it was absolutely perfect. She captured the house and all of its charm through her words and photos and got us an offer/closed much sooner than we expected. Huge thank you to Deb, she is and will always come highly recommended by us.
