Without Dan Adams, our dreams would literally still be on hold, Dan made our dream of selling our old home and moving into our new home a reality within a 4 month time frame! Our old home had been on the market for over a year with a different broker and did not sell, as soon as we changed brokers to Dan Adams our old home got an offer the following month! Dan worked 24/7 and tirelessly on our sale and purchase transactions, doing everything from negotiating both deals to being a liaison between all parties on the deal. When our original lender was giving us a hard time regarding a proper appraisal Dan referred us to a better lender that was local and knew the true value of the home we were purchasing. He also referred us to an excellent closing attorney for our purchase. When he showed up at the walk through for our purchase he was literally on hands and knees ensuring the basement boiler pilot light was operational for us.
