We've purchased 10 properties through the years and I can say confidently that Adam is the best realtor we've ever had. He went above and beyond from day one. As an out-of-state investor, having his local presence was critical. He was extremely fast to respond, knew local contractors and service providers that were amazing to work with, and kept his eye on the property, through the inspection until well after we closed. Adam recommended we get a sewage inspection contingency in our contract because he could tell something didn't look right. We did and because of this, saved thousands of dollars. He then managed the repair process with the sellers, and had someone go there with a sewer line camera to make sure the work was done correctly. That's the kind of attention to detail we wanted and the extra service that an amazing realtor can provide. He's honest, hard working, and will make sure that you get the best deal possible with the easiest transaction.
