I was living out of state and contacted KC who searched for homes based on the criteria that we discussed. My wife and I made the 9 hour drive to Baton Rouge, LA to see the homes that KC had selected with our criteria. After reviewing the homes we decided that we needed to change our perspective so KC worked with us found other places over night for us to see and we set out the next morning to view the homes. In so doing we walked into a home that was more than we wanted to spend but fell in love with it. We went back to Arkansas, stayed in touch with KC and asked her to give the builder an offer that we thought would be rejected but to our surprise it was accepted. Then the sale on our house fell through we asked KC to ask the builder if he would be willing to hold the house for 30 days and KC convinced them to do so.
