Steve is not only a great, hard working realtor, but also a great person. I was a young first time buyer and not once did he show frustration with my lack of buying knowledge. It all started with an online search of a house I liked one Sunday after church. I emailed the 3 realtors that were listed under the online listing (one being Steve) and he called me within the hour with information about that house. I didn't know what I qualified for, so right then he helped me get into contact with the right person for that. Within an hour of that I knew exactly what I qualified for and was ready to start my search. The original house I liked didn't turn out to be a winner for me, but Steve didn't stop there. I'm more of a search for houses online and then go look at them type of person. I gave several viewing requests and Steve set them all up for times that worked with my schedule. His upbeat personality kept me encouraged as I searched for the perfect home. When I finally found the perfect home he helped me through the whole process. He was such a pleasure to work with and although it has been over a year since I purchased my house, I still tell people about the great experience I had with him. If in the future (many years down the road) I need a realtor again, Steve will be my first choice without a doubt!
