We are so grateful for his help in navigating the competitive real estate market and for his invaluable advise throughout the entire process. Couldn't have asked for better experience selling and buying, really. We didnt have a single open house, no private appointments, no lookie-loos, early closing of escrow, and most importantly more than $125k+ over asking and that's without even having to go active on MlS. It is like he had buyers just waiting to buy the house. I 100% recommend David Zaria and you'd be a fool to hire anyone else. Tony was instrumental in helping us buy our first home. His knowledge of south Santa Clara County was so helpful and we appreciated how open and honest he was with us throughout the whole process. He also connected us with our lender, who was also fantastic. He helped us for a year as we navigated this competitive market, through multiple offers and negotiations. He is very responsive and works very hard for his clients. We appreciated how he provided us with all the facts and trends, but we never felt like we was pushing us into something we didn't want just to make a sale. The first time we met Tony, he offered to help us put up Christmas lights. That's the kind of guy he is. At the heart of it all, Tony really cares, and it shows in his work and his relationships. The entire time we felt like he cared about us personally, and we weren't just a client. He's the perfect well rounded realtor for us as his clients and works very well with the other side to make sure we're taken care of and deals are done right. We wouldn't have our home without him.
