Dawn and John Blewett are ROCK STARS! Them, and their team, are extremely organized and efficient. Everyone knows their role and does it with excellence and very quickly, from the stager, to the appraiser, to any contractor they recommend. Dawn and John manage the process like you are their only customer!Most people would agree that buying and selling a home is extremely stressful and "curve balls" can come along at any time. We had a few in our case, however, Dawn and John (JB) were always quick to encourage us, coach us, advise us, and just be there anytime we needed them! They represented us on the selling and the buying side and we couldn't be happier with the job they did! It isn't surprising how they get so many listings and sell so many homes. They truly care about people - and that means a lot!

I relocated to the NC/SC area (from NJ) and was very worried about finding a quality realtor since I didn't know the area or anyone. After doing a TON of research, I started reaching out to several realtors and it either took them forever to return my call, they didn't seem knowledgeable or their schedules were booked and they felt that taking on a new client just wasn't a priority (this shocked me the most!) My finally researched pointed to one real estate company and I guess the first realtor to receive my inquiry reached out. He was pleasant but after speaking with him for several weeks and seeing some of the homes he was recommending, I realized that he just wasn't "getting it". I thought I had explained my home search criteria very thoroughly but I wasn't seeing the results. So, I did what any frustrated client would do and asked to speak to the person in charge :) In talking to the VP, I explained that I was not pleased with their services and was going to search for a realtor elsewhere. He apologized and asked me to give his company one more chance as he wanted to introduce me to one of his "best" real estate agents, Jen Mathews, who was also from NJ. He assured me that I would be pleased 150%. Well, I was extremely skeptical but I decided to give her a chance. That one of THE BEST decisions I have ever made! That was back in 2014 and I am STILL using Jen's services today :) What can I say...I'm an extremely demanding, Human Resources professional (I expect the same high-quality customer service that I provide to my own customers) and I cannot say enough that Jen has met and EXCEED all expectations! She is extremely knowledgeable about the NC/SC areas (she was pointing me towards the Ballantyne/Ft Mill areas, I said no at the time only to find myself back in those area 2 years later aEUR" so she was right in the beginning!), she is literally ALWAYS available (she always responds to my many inquiries/concerns in a timely manner; typically she responds within minutes!), she has gotten to know me/my husband so well to the point thatI truly rely on her judgement to help me determine if a home will be the right fit for me (I even trust her to give the "thumbs down" without me even seeing the home) and...when it comes time to make a deal, she is fantastic! She "fights" for me and gets me the best deal possible...and always does so with added "extras" :) (in the first home she sold me, I was just pleased that she got me my price but I was even more pleasantly surprised that she got the builder to upgrade the washer/dryer and the refrigerator for me at no cost!). Jen is constantly working on my behalf and I am so incredibly pleased and thankful to have her as my agent. I'm sure all of my CONSTANT high-maintenance questions and "asks" have probably bugged Jen over the years but she remains the professional that she is and I appreciate that! I can't say enough that I would HIGHLY recommend Jen to any of my family/friends. Buying a home is stressful enough so you want someone who is reliable and is able to stay on top of every single detail...so that you as the buyer don't have to! Jen never ceases to go above/beyond for her clients and I have become to rely on her...not just as my real estate agent but I now consider her a friend :) Thank you Jen, for all of your hard work/efforts over the past 3 years!
