All the adjectives you want in a A++ realtor can be applied to Sam. Experienced - I can't stress enough how important that is in the buying/selling game. Professional - he knew our market like the back of his hand and how to work it skillfully, utilizing all of his team resources when needed. Honest - he was straight shooting from the get go in his evaluation of our property and what to expect in our particular situation, and it played out exactly as he predicted. Available - I never had to track him down for anything. Responsive - he was the one calling me with immediate updates and suggestions. Hard working - we had a contract on the day our property finally listed, but there were two months of diligent groundwork laid to make that happen. Intuitive - things I would be thinking about he would already have done before I even asked. He even suggested and guided me through the protest process to reduce the taxes on the property (which made me look like a hero in the eyes of the buyer). Sam is just an all around great guy who places service and relationship first, and we were fortunate to find him. And his thoughtfulness all the way past closing made it clear - he appreciated us as much as we appreciated him.
