Dave Knight was my initial contact and he personally explained how he and his team could help me find a home. He then quickly connected to me his buying specialist, Stephanie Mora, who helped me find and ultimately purchase a house I love. Stephanie understood and accommodated the pace and style I wanted to perform my home search. She was very pleasant and patient as I narrowed my search area to less than two square miles. She was consistently professional, helpful, calm, responsive, and knowledgeable, giving great advice and guidance to all my questions and concerns. She helped me with three offers and two escrows. During my first escrow, which I ended up terminating due to discovered repair costs, Stephanie dealt with what seemed to be a difficult seller's agent and appeared to have put up with a lot so I didn't have to. She never complained and saw the bumps as part of the job. She handled everything so professionally. I am very grateful I didn't get that house and I so appreciated how easy she made it for me to continue searching. During my second escrow, which I happily closed, she made the negotiation process extremely smooth for me. She was very insightful about the offer price and negotiations. Everything felt like clockwork. I could only assume that was the case since Stephanie and the team took care of everything. After I entered into each of the escrows, her Operations Team also assisted me with the inspections and documents. Esther, Madeline, and Jeff were extremely reliable. They were consistently on time, quick at responding to my questions, and followed through with everything. I was very well taken care of. I also had a mother who participated in my house search and the entire team was very patient and friendly to her as well. I so appreciated that. I am purchased my home on Dec 19, 2016, and I highly recommend Dave Knight and his great team.

We purchased our first home earlier this year, and were so glad we partnered with Dave Knight and his team. First of all they were recommended by friends that I trust, who had recently purchased their first home. We needed our own space as we were busting at the seams with our 1bd apartment with a 4 year old and dog. Our budget was small in comparison to LA home prices, but we were never judged. Chris did an awesome job of showing us options we could afford. When an amazing find fell in our laps, Chris and the team jumped on the offer. Within 3 day's our offer was selected over 2 other offers. The knowledgeable team walked us through everything we did not know to expect: negotiations, inspections, and building a relationship with the seller. We felt so close to Chris that we had immediate withdrawals when we weren't on the phone multiple times a day. I would absolutely recommend him and the team.
