Michelle worked with us for 6 months to find our perfect home. She never lost confidence or determination in helping us in our search. She understood what we wanted in a home and always made herself available to see homes with us.Once we were under contract, Michelle kept us in the loop and helped us every step of the way. As first time homebuyers, this was extremely important to us.Before closing, repairs were required for the home to appraise. Kasey was so patient with my fiance and I as we purchased our first home. Kasey did not pressure us or rush us like other agents we contacted did. The whole experience was a total partnership that I did not want to ever end. I realized Kayes expertise in a matter of moments. On our first showing she started pointing out the good and BAD about the home. We appreciated her honesty, along with her patience as we looked at the homes for 45 minutes to an hour. We found homes online that we were interested in and Kasey organized multiple showings ON THE SAME DAY. Kasey had a special website that shows the most recent information. Zillow is updated several days after the home status changes. Zillow still shows homes that are under contract, thus off the market. She had several references.. so many that she sent us a list filled with handy many, home inspectors, second opinion loan providers. She even gave us free drone aerial footage of our home! I believe Kasey is the best realtor in the Triangle area without a doubt. I honestly think she is the best realtor in the state for first time home buyers. She erased our fear and uncertainty and replaced it with reliability and and expertise.
