Corinne has been instrumental in helping me sell one house and buy two over the past few years. Buying and selling property is an inherently complex process, but Corinne makes it as straightforward as possible for me while keeping track of the many moving pieces and multiple deadlines. She is very communicative and quick to respond to emails, texts, and calls, and always patiently answers all my questions. She also takes the time to comb through disclosure packets to give her honest opinion on the condition of the house - an essential part of buying in the Bay Area where most houses are decades old and have withstood a major earthquake or two.
