I could not be more appreciative for working with James Hogan in the search for a home. At the turn of the new year I decided it was time to move from my apartment and into my own house. James was extremely polite from our very first interaction and remained as such throughout the entire process. My budget was very tight and he was able to explain everything I needed to know and was an extremely calming presence; homebuying is super stressful and he knows that, so he would go above and beyond to make sure I could rest easy knowing that it would all work out. He was able to find a plethora of different showings even with my rather limited budget and capital. Eventually I decided that it'd be best to remain in my apartment for another year or two and rather than being mad for essentially wasting his time, he showed extreme empathy. He's truly a man of the utmost character and he genuinely cares about his clients, you arent just potential dollar signs to him, you are a human being. That type of humility and understanding is becoming rarer and rarer these days. When I'm truly ready to purchase a home I am not working with anybody other than Mr. James Hogan. If you want an agent that actually has your best interest in mind, this is your guy.
