He was also very resourceful, diligent, responsive, knowledgeable and very professional, and a pleasure to work with. He worked diligently to make the necessary appointments to see all the homes we were interested in seeing and patiently allowed us the time we needed to consider our options, always providing his expert guidance. There were many times when we needed his input and advice, and he was always extremely responsive. We knew he had many other clients, but he always made us feel like we were his only clients. Damian Ross explained and followed through on all activities to help sell our home. They asked for information to assure the home was ready to sell such as appearance, code compliance and availability of most current C of O. Mr Ross provided credible buyers and information to other sales personnel. Damian engaged an associate in his office to provide continuity for all sales activity at all times. Both Damian and Rob Cullen , his associate assisted us from the beginning of our relationship through the walk throughs on the day before and the day of closing.
