We worked with Scott Wallace for about 4 months to acquire our house. We met him at one of his listings and later decided that we wanted to work with him so we hired him as our buyer's agent. Scott is a very helpful and responsive agent, he is also very honest and never tried to do a hard sell and push us into buying any property. This was our first house purchase so we asked many questions and always had an instantaneous response. Scott had no problem answering the myriad of questions posed any time of day and night and made himself available through phone, email, and text which is important in our digital age. He was always available to show us listings at our convenience. He was also very helpful in the negotiation when we found our house, as well as navigating the various nuances of the home buying process. Scott even helped facilitate the mortgage process by taking pictures of the house for insurance purposes when neither of us were available to do it.
