Johnny on the spot to the nth degree: when my husband and I started our search for a home on the North Fork we couldn't have met anyone better to suite our needs than Bill Walters. Being in the city, we did not have tons of time to come out and look at properties. Bill made sure to show us as many properties as possible during the weekends we were out east. He didn't flinch at showing us 9 properties in one afternoon. His knowledge of the area was key and he helped us narrow down what areas made sense for our family. He also helped us determine what our top parameters were in deciding on a home and helped us envision what that looked like. Bill was always accessible and often went above and beyond to get us information that we needed throughout the process, from going to the building department to having a contact or recommendation ready for anything we needed. We would definitely recommend him to others and will likely use him again in the future.

I cant say enough good things about my experience with Bill. We used Bill when we purchased our Jamesport property during Covid and again when we were ready to sell three years later. My family and I did quite a bit of work to the house after purchasing and all without permits. Bill skillfully navigated us through the permit process to get all of the work we did legalized, as we prepared to put the property on the market the following Spring. Our goal was to engage as many buyers as possible and did not want to limit ourselves to cash buyers only due to all of the un-permitted work. The target date was to have the house ready to go by May of 2023 and with Bill at the helm preparing the marketing material and aligning the permits to be ready in time, he was able to deliver. In the end, Bill was able to procure a buyer for us and sell our North Fork home for $105,000.00 more than our asking price. When it comes to local real estate professionals on the North Fork, theres no one better. We highly recommend working with Bill and would most certainly work with him again if we decide to return to the North Fork.
