When you are buying and selling homes you want a professional who knows the area, is responsive and is a good negotiator. Bridget is all of those. My wife and I were casually looking for a home in an area that we love to go fishing and sightseeing. We happened to come across the perfect home and called Bridget. We found out that the home had a couple of previous offers that didnt go through and we had to sell our home fast with another agent in our home area. Bridget worked with us perfectly with the timing of selling and buying. Her negotiating skills and knowledge of the housing market were vital to the purchase of our new home. Even though we were familiar with the area we were moving to Bridget was still able to give us recommendations of places to visit and restaurants that we didnt know about.
