Contacted Carolyn thinking she was the listing agent for a property in Lakeland. Ended up not being her listing. Went back an forth trying to get a showing because I work so it had to be after 6pm. With hesitation, she finally agreed to show the property after hours on a Friday. She was nice once we met her, we liked her personality. It seems as if she lost interest in helping once I told her that I'm not looking for a realtor to show around town other properties. I just wanted to place an offer on the particular property. It was not a high dollar property so she didn't send the offer. Several comments in different conversations made me feel that she was lacking on process expertise. She mentioned she was trying to learn to become a top realtor and that she was consulting with her supervisor and that she was getting advice from the "top realtors" at her office, etc. If this happened in a single conversation, no problem, but bringing it up in different conversations raises questions on her knowledge and expertise.

Carolyn was amazing. This was my first home purchase and first experience shopping for a house. She led the way and taught me a lot about the things to look for and kept my best interest in mind. She set up everything for me and I didn't have to do much other than tell her what I wanted and needed and let her go to work. She worked AROUND the clock for me day and night. If I needed her, she didn't care what time it was, she was available for me. With me having a hectic schedule this took a ton of pressure off of me. If you want a realtor that is going to go to bat for you, Carolyn is it. Dealing with the other realtors and negotiations can be tricky and frustrating but Carolyn will go in with your best interest in mind, not hers. She is honest and I felt I gained a friend from this experience. Thank you Carolyn for all you've done for this single mother of two! I would recommend her every time.
