From my first meeting with Jael Webber at an open house I was very impressed with her. She was professional and extremely responsive. I was interested in one property but looking at others. She was not my realtor at the time but sent me any information I needed. Once we made the decision to purchase a home she helped me through the entire process and got anything I needed for the mortgage or insurance companies. She was always quick with her responses and never left something until it was taken care of. Due to her professionalism we asked her to be our realtor on selling our home. She was great. Mrs Webber listed our home at a competitive price, utilized a professional photographer, and got our home listed within a week of contracting with us. And that was due to our request to get our stuff moved. Mrs Webber was ready to hit the ground running on the sale of our home with an open house. Due to the fact we had not been ready for that she set up private showings for those interested. In that first weekend we got 4 offers and went under a contract on the home for over asking price. She verified all information necessary before bringing the offers to us and dealt with all the negotiations. I?m so grateful we used Jael Webber. She was fantastic and saved us from making costly mistakes.
