We were searching for an upper end home valued from 500K to 750K in the Tri-Cities area. Dallas was knowledgeable about high end homes, their neighborhoods and is very comfortable with buyers and sellers in the upper price ranges. Dallas is also a Certified Residential Sepcialist CRS. This credential requires numerous hours of training (weeks) and a certain threshold of experience (years) and total sales must be achieved to earn this designation. There are only a few in the Tri-Cities. Dallas was always on time, professional, and polite regardless of the time of day or day of the week. He even met us early in the mornings and on weekends to help with moving details.
