Robin Burgarella is absolutely the best real estate, ever! She listened as to what kind of house we were looking for and our price point. Before looking at houses, Robin would email details and addresses of properties we would be viewing for the day. She paid attention to what house details we liked and didn't like. We eventually found a foreclosure that we knew we were going to love and she kept in contact with the selling bank and kept us informed and even went to battle for us when the bank wanted to renegotiate the contracted selling price. Robin also helped us in finding and setting up appointments for various inspections, which would have been very difficult for us as we were moving into a new area that was 200 hundred miles away from our previous home. Robin helped us every step of the way and always answered my calls or returned them promptly and also kept in contact with emails. My mother and father purchased a home in Vero Beach in 1989 and absolutely loved it there. Mom passed away suddenly in 2003 and dad continued to make Vero his home until early 2017. Unfortunately, with his health failing, we decided that he would need to be moved to New Jersey to be closer to us. As a family, we began to agonize and struggle with making a decision of what to do with the Vero home. The entire family was so attached to the house and property, but the long distance obviously presented issues for all of us. Ironically, In early December of 2016 we received a postcard from Robin announcing a home sale that she had brokered nearby. Coincidentally, I had planned to make a trip to check on the house during Christmas week and decided to contact Robin to discuss our options and to determine the marketability of the home. Robin's response was immediate. Despite it being a holiday week and having her own family visiting, she came and met with me and spent a great deal of time educating me and evaluating the house and property. She was forthright and honest and genuinely supportive and compassionate. After returning to NJ and meeting with family members, the difficult decision to list the house for sale was made. Robin then took the ball and personally staged the home and made it look spectacular. When finished, she officially listed it and amazingly we received six offers and approximately 20 showings within the first 24 hours. The offer that ultimately was accepted was made within only 10 hours of the home being listed. This week, only five weeks after agreeing to list the home for sale, we closed on the property. It can not be overstated how pleased we were with the efforts of Robin. Her personality, marketing strategy, effective use of postcards and very professional/attractive photography obviously were a huge benefit. She made a very stressful situation more bearable.
