Michelle is the epitome of the professional realtor. We reviewed the background on six realtors and then interviewed three before selecting Michelle to sell our home. Michelle was totally prepared during the interview with house sales and listings that compared to our home and she helped us set a sales price that made us feel comfortable. Michelle was knowledgeable of the style and floor plans of all the houses in our gated community and she helped point out some minor features needing attention that further improved the appearance of the house. The marketing presentation Michelle posted on Zillow was superb and admired by all seeing it. The day after listing Michelle had an offer and more offers followed including a cash offer but we liked the first buyers and with Michelle's expert help ended up negotiating an agreeable price within two weeks. Michelle arranged closing and it went off without a hitch three weeks later. In addition to being an outstanding realtor, Michelle is a wonderful person who always has a smile and an optimistic outlook and she responded to our calls and emails in record time. Highly recommend her to anyone wishing to sell or buy in the Brevard County area.

Rob is very dependable agent that is highly motivated and experienced in the real estate market. Me and my husband were searching around in the Merritt Island area and found a house we really wanted to look at. We had an agent but was unable to show us the property. We called the selling agent and asked if we could see the property, He showed up within 10 minutes of us calling him. No excuses. Wow. Fell in love with the property and decided to purchase it. Went back to our agent and got thing started. Had problems with lender and contacted Rob for help. Rob immediately found us resources available to help us. Wow again. Any situation we ran into this guy was on top of it. I can't thank him enough for his expertise and great communication skills. He answered every call.
