I recently purchased a home in the Olympia WA area utilizing the services of Wendy Frye, Van Dorm Reality, Inc. During our initial contact with Wendy, she spent the better part of a full afternoon familiarizing us with the area, outlining the pros and cons of the different neighborhoods. She exhibited complete understanding of the demographics of the various neighborhoods we visited. After narrowing down the area, she provided information on all the listings in our chosen area, in our price range.We ultimately decided on a home that was on the market as a "short sale".
