Wendy Frye truly is a brilliant real estate professional, and we fully appreciate how fortunate we were to have her act as "buyer's agent" on our recent real estate purchase.From start to well after the closing, Wendy was 100% invested in seeing that we understood the buying/closing process and were satisfied clients. As out-of-state buyers, we initially appreciated Wendy's preparation to show us several San Antonio properties commensurate with our price/locale interests. We were well on the way to an accepted negotiated offer before the end of our first day with Wendy. After we returned home, Wendy shepherded the deal through all aspects (including inspection) to closing, answering ALL of our numerous questions to our satisfaction, and communicating with us as necessary (e.g., to obtain electronic signatures) to keep the process moving. Several weeks after the closing, Wendy stepped in to clear up a problem related to the title company's distribution of escrowed funds. Wendy has all of the qualities one might hope to find in a real estate professional. She is friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, intelligent, organized, hardworking, ethical, and shows genuine interest in her clients. I recently purchased a home in the Olympia WA area utilizing the services of Wendy Frye, Van Dorm Reality, Inc. During our initial contact with Wendy, she spent the better part of a full afternoon familiarizing us with the area, outlining the pros and cons of the different neighborhoods. She exhibited complete understanding of the demographics of the various neighborhoods we visited. After narrowing down the area, she provided information on all the listings in our chosen area, in our price range.We ultimately decided on a home that was on the market as a "short sale". This was a whole new ball game compared to the conventional purchases that we were more familiar with.
