Michael spent almost a year with me searching for my perfect home. He was not eager to push me into just any home that I liked. We discussed many upgrades and updates that each home required. He was patient with my process, and always timely. Michael spent countless of hours searching for me throughout the process. When it came time to be under contract with my home, he went above and beyond to assure that the process went smoothly. There were some issues with the process of negotiations and Michael always went above and beyond to make sure that my wants and needs were met first. He also reassured me of any concerns and questions that I had along the process. I cannot express how much I have appreciated Michael, his professionalism and his knowledge of purchasing homes.
