With the low inventory in our market, I had to wait a long time to find the right home. Cynthia and Mark stuck with me. I watched the MLS and did a lot of drive-bys, including this one house that I didn't remember. Cynthia called me and strongly suggested I take another look. Not only did she know my priorities and find a perfect house for me, she helped me make my strongest case possible (amid multiple offers). The selling agent told me (no lie): "Your agent got this house for you. She made your case so well; the sellers are so happy." Plus, Mark and Cynthia did all the details without fail. They brought me great pros at decent rates before and during escrow, from my mortgage broker, to the inspector, the plumber... even the chimney person. The best part is the outcome. I bought the right home at the right price in neighborhood that is great for me and, especially, my kids. That's it."

Our family worked with Cynthia and her team to sell our house in October 2022. We first met Cynthia at one of her open houses earlier in the year during our initial house hunt. She left a lasting impression at her open house and was the first realtor we thought of contacting when we decided to sell. Cynthia and her team were amazing from start to finish. Cynthia is kind, smart, organized, extremely professional, well connected, and despite her very busy schedule, she made us feel like we were her only clients. We decided to move across the country while our house was on the market, and Cynthia and her team kept our house secure and handled tying up all loose ends once our home was sold. We never had to fly back. Cynthia and her team kept us constantly informed. During the pandemic, it was easy to sell homes, but we put our home on the market when things were starting to change, and Cynthia had our home sold and closed in less than two months. It is our opinion that she is not one of the best realtors in the Los Angeles area, she is THE best! You will not regret contacting her to help with your real estate needs.

In a nutshell: Cynthia got us nine offers above asking on our house. What's more, she maintained the interest of three back-up offers when we accepted an offer. When that offer fell through, she skillfully maneuvered our first back-up into place so that we were able to close the sale with minimal delay. When we put an offer on the house we wanted, there were eleven competing offers , all above asking. Cynthia's connections, detail orientation, and deep knowledge of the real estate market helped us get the house we wanted. We ended up moving into our new house within a week of closing escrow on our old house. Cynthia clearly knows how to do her job.What's more, Cynthia is lovely to work with. She's warm, sincere, responsive, and she always has your back when the stresses of house-selling and/or house-buying put strain on you and your family. She is more than a realtor, she's a friend who has your best interests at heart and enjoys using her skills to help you through what can be a difficult and stressful process. I can't imagine a better realtor and I recommend her wholeheartedly.
