My mom was so lucky to have Maria Becerra for her real estate agent. From the very beginning we felt we were in such safe and competent hands and this took so much of the stress and anxiety out of what is so often a less than pleasant experience. Maria is such a kind, sincere and intelligent woman that having her in our lives during the whole process of selling my moms condo was a wonderful comfort and really a pleasure for us. I think we have made a very special friend and we are so grateful to her for everything she has done for us from finding a buyer so quickly to explaining everything to us that we needed to know, to being there for us whenever we called her with a question. We never felt that we were bothering her, we always felt so good after speaking with her. She was even so kind to bring a lot of personal items to the shipping store to ship up to us in New York and when there were some things we forgot about she was so gracious about making another trip to ship the rest.
