We cannot begin to thank Amy Clark and her team enough for the time and effort they gave us when we listed our house. When we originally thought about listing the house, Amy's team of specialists came in and gave us an honest evaluation of what we really needed to do. Originally, we were working with a different realtor who gave us little to no advice on what to do to maximize our sale price. Mallory Watson, the listing agent, was very diligent and kept in constant communication throughout the process. The staging specialist, Lorie Clark, has a fantastic eye for color (we wanted to brighten the home before listing), as well as a great sense of taste in staging accessories for the home. Room by room, Lorie gave us a list of recommendations. This made the process so much easier and kept us focused on the process. We had already planned to replace the roof prior to listing, and again, Amy had a contact that provided a great looking updated roof for the home, at a cost lower than what I was able to find on my own.After completing the updates, we listed our home at a much higher price than we could have without the updates. We listed on a Friday afternoon, and were under contract by midday the next day, with a sale price OVER list. We closed exactly 30 days later, no glitches.Throughout the process, even before officially listing with Amy, her team was in constant communication. Every time we reached out, we would have a response within an hour or two, if not immediately. We will be downsizing in a couple of years and will not hesitate to contact Amy Clark for our real estate agent again.
