Nikki was recommended to us at a really great time. We were first time home buyers and were getting very tired of our second realtor. We saw this house on one of the home buying websites and wanted to go see it because it was beautiful and in a great location. Well, we were told that it wasn't ready to be shown and we couldn't see it. Well, one thing led to another and we parted ways with our realtor the next day. We met Nikki 2 days after that and she had us in the house for a showing that same weekend. We put in our offer, they accepted and we owned the house a month later. Nikki was truly masterful with the way she handled the sellers realtor. He was not fun to work with at all (which I understand because he is supposed to get them his clients the best price possible). Nikki navigated the deal with ease even though he fought it the whole way. She was there for us the whole way making sure that we never made any mistakes that might hurt us later down the road. She has even been there for us during the past year to give us names for reliable contractors for us to use around the house. Nikki would be a great agent for anyone to buy/sell their next house with!
