We came to know of David last year when we were searching houses and offered to purchase a house. At that time, David represented the seller of that house. That deal did not work out, but we were impressed by the way David represented his client in that transaction. When we began our house search again, we thought that David would be a good advocate for us so we hired him as our buyers representative.Being first-time buyers, we were not completely familiar with the process.We found a few house on line that we were interested in. David showed us the houses and discussed the positive and negative points of each. He helped us avoid offering on a house that would not have been a good investment. When we found the house we finally bought, David helped us determine a good offer and negotiate the price. Once the offer was accepted, he helped coordinate the numerous aspects of the transaction including inspections, financing and title work.David made us feel that we could trust him to represent our best interests. We had many questions and concerns throughout the process and David was quick to respond. He provided information as requested and definitely helped relieve much of our anxiety. We will recommend David to anyone we know who plans to buy or sell a house.
