Liz was amazing in helping me buy my first home in August 2021. She was always flexible and found time to take me to as many homes as I wanted to see. As we were looking in a crazy market, she used her connections to find me a house that was under construction but not on the market yet, which happened to be the perfect fit! It was the perfect price, location, and checked all the boxes for what I wanted. Plus, it was brand new and included a 10 year CHAP tax credit, saving me a ton of money but also landing me a gorgeous house. Because of this, I worked with Liz from April - August, and she always kept me updated on the progress of the journey. As a first time buyer I was very anxious, and had a million questions that Liz always answered thoroughly and promptly - even late into the night! She acted as the middleman between me and the builder, which was great as she always voiced my concerns and was great with negotiation and compromising. The best part about Liz is how funny and relatable she is - she felt more like a friend than a realtor, and has kept in touch after the closing in August 2021. She is also always well prepared and professional. If you want someone who knows their stuff & has great connections in Baltimore City - Liz is your girl!

Liz was the first realtor to reach out when my girlfriend and I started looking for a home. I have several friends who are realtors and we expected to use one of them. But when we met Liz we immediately KNEW we had to keep working with her. She knows everything about EVERYTHING (literally everything) and is such a joy to be around. Once you spend some time with Liz youll realize she is the hardest working woman in Baltimore, but still makes you feel like you are her only client. Her thorough preparation, immense knowledge, and immaculate people skills are what set Liz apart in this industry. Liz made purchasing a home a fun experience, and calmed our fears which were heightened with the economy and interest rates. If youre buying in Baltimore you absolutely NEED to go to Liz.
