I started looking for homes in Baltimore in late May of 2021. I told Marci what I was looking for and my list of must-haves and the locations/neighborhoods I was interested in. Since this was the first time I was buying a home by myself, Marci taught me a lot about what to look for and patiently explained the home buying process to me multiple times. When I realized I wasn?t finding what I was looking for, Marci suggested other areas and neighborhoods in both Baltimore City and Baltimore County. Since we had spent a few weekends together touring homes, Marci really understood what I was looking for in both a home and a community. During a weekend of touring she suggested we look at a townhouse that was not previously on my list of houses to see. From the Zillow listing, it wasn?t a house that stood out to me, but when she brought me in for a tour, I knew I was home. Marci really understood what I was looking for and genuinely wanted me to find it. This wasn?t just a sale for her. She went out of her way to make sure I would find a home I absolutely love. I ended up buying the house she suggested that wasn?t even on my list!If my sister were buying a house in Maryland, I would recommend she work with Marci. I appreciated her knowledge, guidance, kindness, and clear communication. It was such a relief to work with someone I trusted on one of the biggest decisions and purchases of my life!
