Jody was recommended by mutual friends and it was a great choice. I was a first time home buyer and my husband a veteran of the buying process. She took the time to sit down and explain the process and all steps involved to me so that I knew what I was getting into. Jody helped us get our home ready for sale (even though we did a lot on our own because we wanted out!) and did everything she could to help us sell. Everyone knows there's bumps in the road during this process and even when things came up or we had issues, Jody was professional and handled with care. If she didn't know the answer to a question, she reached out to her coworkers and we had an answer quickly. When it came to the purchase of our new home Jody spent many weekends away from her family to show us probably close to 40 homes. Jody and I were in constant contact and I found a house online pretty much the same time she did (I think) and my husband and I went to an open house on our own followed by a follow-up showing with Jody. It was our home and she knew it because of our list of must haves and we put an offer in that night! Although we got stressed at times because of the sale of our home and post-inspection time on the new home, I couldn't have asked for a better experience in buying a home. This is one of those circumstances where I would say "I hope we get to work with you soon!!" but I don't want to move any time soon! I would highly recommend Jody to anyone buying a home. She cares and really wants to make you happy. Trust me, my husband (more so than me) can be tough to please and can be a stickler but we both wouldn't hesitate to utilize Jody's skills again in a heartbeat!

Jody gave us exceptional service when we were ready to sell our home of 20 years. We initially thought that we would sell it ourselves, but we quickly came to realize we needed help. We interviewed several realtors and chose Jody when she described the entire process for us at a meeting in our home shortly after we contacted her. She aggressively went to work, beginning by setting up staging appointments, photography, and more. Jody always made herself available to answer any questions we had throughout the process. After an Open House and the buyer's offer, she worked with us to make sure we understood everything, provided names of contractors we needed for some minor work for the buyers, and then took us through settlement in two months from our first meeting.
