I had the pleasure to work with Mike Klijanowicz and his assistant Kelsey this past summer in 2017. They did an excellent, efficient job which resulted in a quick sale of my home. Mike recommended placing a for sale sign with Coming soon in the yard until the home was read so we could increase interest. Once that was accomplished Mike started with a home evaluation letting my husband and I know what needed to be fixed in the home before selling. Once these items were addressed he came to the home to take pictures for the website. When I saw the pictures on the website I was impressed. He truly represented my home beautifully. Once it came to making appointments for home showings the process Mike uses is not intrusive into your everyday life. I received text messages requesting a specific timeframe for someone to view the home. All I needed to do was respond to the text. This was essential for me as I work full time and cant take a large amount of time away from my work. When it comes to negotiating the sale price of the home and taking care of details/issues along the way, Mike is excellent and looked after my welfare at all times. He and Kelsey assisted me with financing my new home and with the entire home purchase, sharing names of finance personnel, movers, businesses that could assist me with purchases once in the home. This kind of total full service Assistance is very much appreciated when you are making such a large and important purchase. I would recommend Mike to others.
