I contacted Meatha to help with short selling my house. I live in Ohio but my house is in Horn Lake. I had run out of options and had to short sell, the added complication was the long distance. Meatha was amazing. I mostly communicate through email and got responses back within hours through the entire process, and just as quick by phone. She gave great advice all throughout the process which was invaluable, since I had never sold a house let alone a short sale before.I'm not sure how much paperwork was involved, I didn't see much of it. Meatha communicated with the bank on my behalf, I just had to sign on the line and she handled submitting it back to the bank. She helped me navigate multiple offers and gave advice on each one. We submitted the offer she thought was best to the bank and it was approved. From submitting the offer to closing was only 2 months, some people I spoke to said it took years to short sell. It's such a weight off my shoulders to have sold the house so I can move on. I cannot stress enough how wonderful she is and I'll be forever grateful that she was such a great help during this difficult time.
