In the beginning working with rob we thought he really cared about our experience. We come to learn all he cares about is making that easy money from ?stupid young military families?. We wanted to back out of the house. When all we signed was the initial offer and sale agreement. He lied to us and said we could not do that we were stuck buying this house. We have to buy this house or it?s against the law. He loves saying things are against the law when they are not. He even told my husband it?s illegal for him to talk to a lawyer about this. When we talked to our lawyer he said there are multiple ways to back out. Rob even did a three way call with our lawyer and my husband and ignored what the lawyer was saying and just kept insisting that we could afford the house and it?s not that far of a drive. Even though the lawyer kept telling him we could back out it seemed to go in one ear and out the other. After many calls and proving to him we are not the ? stupid young military family? he thought we were. He finally contacted the sellers and they let us out of the house. He would constantly talk over us and be condescending. He mentioned how we were babies. So we must be dumb right. Easy to manipulate. Wrong. You should be ashamed of yourself. It?s sad to think of how many families you manipulated into a house and situation that is not good for them. He would make really cringey comments about military life. Talking about his job like it?s the army. Acting like he knew the lingo. It was hard not to laugh at him in the moment. He seemed to think my husband was a private for some reason even though he?s a staff sergeant and we mentioned that multiple times because he just kept thinking that. He even said my husband needs to contact his first line. If you?re in the military you can understand how ridiculous that is. I absolutely do not recommend this realtor. He is a master manipulator and will try his hardest to trick you for his benefit.
