Words cannot describe how amazing it was to work with Alyssa to find our dream home. She was there for everyone of our needs. Even though being new to the home buying process she answered all of our questions and made sure there was no stone left unturned. From setting up our showings, talking about all possible options, and going through all the minute details ,we felt we were working with the perfect realtor for us. Alyssa is a terrific realtor. There's not enough good things I could say about her. She helped me and my husband with the buying and selling of homes 2.5 years ago. We recently got the pleasure of having this experience again. Alyssa showed us well over a dozen houses. We put in an offer on one house and we were outbid. It seemed if you were lucky enough to see a house, you better be ready to put in an offer on the same day. She sent us this home on the end of a cul de sac in our top choice for where we would want to be. We decided to go look at it and we liked it even more in person. We decided to go back and see it again and put in an offer. It was accepted and we didn't have to get in a bidding war with anyone. We were amazed and we felt very blessed by the Lord. The entire buying process was very smooth and Alyssa was very attentive and responsive throughout the process. Once we closed on the house, it was time to get our old house ready to be listed for sale. Alyssa came through and gave us feedback on things we needed to do before listing. She staged the home beautifully and the first day on the market we got an offer for our full asking price! The buyers have been wonderful to work with and Alyssa has gone above and beyond for us as a realtor yet again. If I could give her 10 stars I would. I tell everyone I know who ever mentions they're going to be looking to buy or sell to get a hold of her because they won't be disappointed!!
