Working with Charles was a fantastic experience. He was eager to show me homes in the price range I was looking for. This is important to mention because I was downsizing significantly and therefore wasn't looking for an expensive home but rather a 1 to 2 bedroom that I could pay cash for. Some realtors feel that is beneath them when they could be showing homes that cost 5 times more. Charles was eager to work with me and got us showings right away. In this insane market that is so important. The home I ended up purchasing was listed on Zillow the day before Memorial Day. I emailed Charles about getting a showing expecting to hear back from him on Tuesday, the day after the holiday. Not only did Charles email me back right away but he also scheduled a showing on Memorial Day. A day he could have been doing anything but work. He was happy to show the home and we were able to put in a bid that same day and write up a contract. I am grateful for his expedient work that enabled us to get a contract so quickly.
