He was thorough in his knowledge of market value, renovation costs, home potential, township regulations/easements/ordinances/taxes, etc. Every question we asked him he either knew immediately, or followed-up within the same day. Chad is the best agent we have ever worked with. He made the home buying process and moving from New York to the Philadelphia area as stress-free as possible. Chad was responsive, attentive to our needs and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us throughout the process. He worked on our timeline and truly had our best interest at heart. He accommodated our crazy schedule with an awareness of the distance we needed to travel to see potential homes, etc. And, as it turns out, the timing of our closing both here and back in NY was very tight.
