Purchased a single family home 2014 St. Cloud Florida Chris is by far the best real estate agent that I have dealt with over the past 50 years. The home that I presently live in was purchased using Chris as our real estate agent a little more than seven years ago. We furnished Chris with desired location, ballpark price and square footage requirement. Within less than one week we were presented with several floor plans and chose our present home. I have purchased five (5) new homes and sold four(4) over the past 50 years utilizing real estate agents and can state that Chris was/is the most professional real estate agent that Ive dealt with. No stress and a lot of joy. Chris is by far the best real estate professional I have ever had the pleasure of working with. As a retired military member, i have moved many times, buying and selling several houses. Chris made this last purchase the easiest and most productive ever. He showed me exactly what I asked him to within my price range, never pushing me to look above my means. He found the perfect house in a fantastic neighborhood and helped negotiate the best price. What really separates Chris from the multitude of part timers is his service after the sale. he answered every question, helped with every problem that came up, acting as an intermediary when several things were not up to snuff and needed attention. Builders dont always respond to customers, but they know agents are their bread and butter, and Chris had no problem getting action on necessary repairs and changes.I would never use anyone other than Chris in central Florida.
