Shelly DeMoss came to my home in late April and looked at the property maps and history of our distant machine shop ownership. At that occasion I knew I had made a great choice in realtors. We made a plan to physically look at the property. She was excited about the scenic location and 4-wheel drive access. With a camera she hiked the steep terrain looking for survey markers. I was taking inventory of a lifetime of heavy equipment and tools and when she returned we discussed what I would move off site.I had my work cut out for me. Within a few days she had the fabulous lakeview pictures with the listing posted. And just a couple days after that she had a very motivated buyer wanting to close in two weeks. As I panicked wondering how to get a 1960 John Deere Diesel tractor and lots of other heavy metal objects off site Shelly gave me advice and in just those few short weeks a property we had had for over 20 years was sold to a buyer anxious to build a log home on one of the scenic ridges overlooking the lake.
