Shelly DeMoss is most likely the best realtor we've ever used. We were not familiar with the McCall area but were looking to buy a home there. She listened to our criteria and provided listings. Once we were under contract, and being that we were out of the area, she was our advocate and looked after our interest. Shelly caught mistakes, made suggestions, she was excellent with the paperwork. One day Shelly had stopped over at the house to see about some tile work that was being done for us. She called to say that it did not look good, that I would not be happy. She sent us pictures and she was right. Fortunately, we were able to correct the error before it was too late. Shelly followed the escrow closely and kept us up dated always. It is normally me calling, trying to extract information from the realtor, waiting for a return call, email or text. I honestly don't believed that happened with Shelly once!)I highly and completely recommend Shelly DeMoss if you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, professional and actually has follow through.
