Working with Andrew to find a home in Bayou St. John was a fantastic and surprisingly efficient experience. I was looking for something very specific in terms of location and was prepared that it might take many months or potentially longer than a year to find a good fit, but he was able to find an amazing property that fit all of what I was looking for and then some within a few weeks. Some of the quick timing was some luck, but finding a property like this in the first place pre-market was all local knowledge and connections. After finding the property (right on the Bayou near city park) Andrew was great about shepherding me through the process attentively without going overboard with needless contact - very well balanced. It was an easy process with far better than expected results. Id highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a home in the New Orleans area, but if youre looking for a home near Bayou St. John without using him then youre missing out and could well be letting some amazing opportunities slip by.
