We met Craig over a year ago when we initially started looking casually for a home and wanted to see something we had seen on Zillow. It was a lucky chance that Craig was the agent we met because we were very happy with his service and knowledge over the course of the next year of casual searching and then throughout our negotiation and then throughout our 30 day closing. We had no idea how much you actually rely on your realtor and how much depends on having a trustworthy and experienced realtor as a guide. On several occasions in our search he was able to advise us without pressure or motive- our search was better for taking into considerations he knew about the market. When our home purchase search got more serious and narrow - he was able to find us a dream home very quickly. He was always available and very responsive.He helped us through knowing what to offer and where we were in the process. He was patient with us nervous-first-time buyers and shared his experiences that helped me feel more secure. I'm remembering now that this all took place over a holiday weekend and he was able to move things forward with the sellers and recommended a lender who was available to get things together despite the holiday as well. From the time our offer was accepted he walked us through each step of the process with care and even met with our chimney inspector in our absence when we had a work conflict and couldn't make it. He is very knowledgeable about not only the process and what to look for - but also he was on the lookout for the things that maybe aren't being said or isn't happening...He is honest and direct and seems to have a real passion for not letting his clients get ripped off. When an offer was fair and reasonable from the seller and Craig said it was - i knew he was basing that on experience and he meant it - i had known him long enough to know he wouldn't just say that! As first-timers it made us feel secure to know he was looking out for us in the whole process. Would definitely reach out to Craig again for a purchase or sale.
