We recently used Chris Rosendale with CR Realty to sell our home and to purchase a new one. Because we had recently renovated our home, we wanted to make sure we received the most out of the sale as possible so that we could afford to go into something larger. Chris came out several times to look the house over, provide suggestions on what to do in order to maximize the space and to take photos. The aerial shots he got were spectacular and showed an overview of the neighborhood so that potential buyers could look at the land prior to scheduling a visit. When asking us what we wanted in a new house, he took everything needed and wanted into consideration and showed us houses he thought we would love. He always made the house hunting experience fun for my kids which I appreciate very much since we all know that can be a little overwhelming for children! When looking at the homes, he made sure to point out anything that he thought would be an added expense for us in the future. It helps when you're not always sure of the little things! Chris was very careful to find us our perfect home with everything we wanted at the price we could afford. He puts a lot of heart into his work and wants his customers to be happy.
