I originally connected with Rob to view one of his listings in August 2021, and I ended up working with him until I found a home in June 2022. I cannot express enough gratitude for the guidance and support that Rob gave me during my home buying process. He was always available when I had questions or wanted to schedule showings or write offers, and he continuously gave me insight to the current local market. He helped me to manage my stress and frustration during the nearly year-long process, and he never stopped trying to find a home for me even at times where I was too burnt out to keep looking for myself. I was very resistant to working closely with a realtor initially because I hadn't had good experiences in the past (and I'm sure I told Rob that when we met), but I am so so glad to have made this connection and gone through the process with Rob and CR Realty.
