Lisa was very patient in making sure our first home was the best fit for us. My husband and I couldn't afford a lot for our first home, but that didn't deter Lisa. She helped us look for the perfect home with our best interest in mind. Lisa told us "I would not sell you guys a house that I wouldn't sell to my own kids." Lisa was very knowledgeable, didn't want us to get in over our heads, kept us grounded, & always had our best interest in mind. After, searching for about a year and a half with Lisa. She was able to lead us to our PERFECT home that needed no work at all! Not only was it move in ready, but it has granite counter tops, beautiful backsplash, half finished basement, the list goes on. Lisa definitely was able to give us something in our budget, but beyond our expectations! Thank you so much Lisa for your countless hours of researching and viewing properties with us. No matter what time of day or what the weather was doing you were always there and ready with a smile on your face. We are so happy with our new home! It feels like we were really meant to be here!

Lisa did a fantastic job helping me locate and purchase my 1st home. I had actually place an offer on a different property and had been negotiating back and forth when just before I was going to sign their counter offer, Lisa asked me to look at another property that had just come on the market. I was reluctant to do it because I'd been so focused on the property, that I'd already put the offer on. But, when I did go, I fell in love with it. It was everything I'd wanted and she knew it. It made more work for her, and I actually got a better deal. Lisa didn't stop after we'd agreed on a purchase price, either- she worked to ensure the home met all inspection requirements and spearheaded efforts to satisfy all the frustrating requirements the lender put upon me. .Lisa is a complete professional, but is also a warm and friendly person who I felt very comfortable with. She made the whole experience wonderful for me.
