Sean Conaway is an outstanding realtor. He's honest, extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of buying, selling, and renting real estate in general (and in San Antonio in particular), and almost always responds to texts, calls, or emails immediately ... or within a few minutes to an hour if he's tied up with another client. He's an outstanding negotiator in his pursuit of a fair real estate transaction; he always maintains his honesty, fairness, and diplomacy during negotiations. He has a good sense of humor ... and a ton of patience with clients like me who change their mind and decide that a home they've just put on contract is not for them after all. He always stays upbeat when that happens, and starts working to find other homes the client will be totally happy with. Sean helped me buy 3 rental homes between 2010 and 2014, and I'm happy with each of them. I consider Sean Conaway a true, trusted and totally dependable realtor and friend with the highest of ethics.
