I followed a handful of high producingA South Bay agents on social media for a while, before I decided that Ceci and Steve were the team I would like to work with. They put out informative videos about real estate locally, and my research online proved that they were one of the most respected, professional and experienced real estate teams in the South Bay. Once we hired Watts and Associates, Matt Cox became our to go to person. He stayed in touch with us daily and informed us of every important milestone during the escrow. Matt recognized my detail-oriented personality and left no question unanswered. He was proactive and took care of every element so that there was never any confusion or problem. He is a very engaged agent, a genuine person, and a clear communicator. Everything, from the photos taken of our property, to the description written about the house, was superbly done. We benefited from Cecis design experience and background, Steves incredible negotiation skills, and Matts tenacity and superior work-ethic. Forrest and Kathy were a pleasure to work with and were very helpful, as well. Ultimately, Watts and Associates got our house sold for $11,000 over asking, and negotiated two months of free rent for us, while we find the perfect home, which they have already helped us find and were currently in escrow. Everything on this transaction has been smooth and pleasant, as well. My husband and I couldnt have asked for a better team to represent us. We highly recommend that before hiring an agent to sell your home or to buy your future home, you first interview Watts and Associates.
